Biteki ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our site, services checkout, and external kit purchases.
Information we collect
- Service inquiries and checkout: When you request a service or pay via Stripe, we collect your email and project details to fulfill the order.
- Kit purchases: Kits are sold on third-party stores (e.g. Payhip, Gumroad). Payment and download data are handled by that platform under their privacy policy.
- Technical data: Our host (Vercel) and error monitoring (Sentry) may process standard server logs and diagnostics.
How we use information
We use your information to process service orders, respond to inquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use Stripe (service payments), Supabase (order records), Resend (email), Sanity (content), and external digital stores such as Payhip and Gumroad (kit sales).
